NOTE: Isopropyl alcohol is acceptable as a sanitizer ONLY if you allow it to COMPLETELY dry. You don't want this stuff in your drinks folks. Best use is on surfaces and rims of equipment. Use caution if using in fermenters, bottles, kegs, or anything else your drink goes into.
